Job Summary
Receiving Material Handler II responsible for safe, timely, and accurate receiving, unloading, staging, distributing, stocking, and pulling raw goods throughout the facility using power equipment as needed. Supports inventory accuracy through daily work, cycle counts, and root cause analysis of discrepancies; verifies product quantities and receiving documentation; ensures transfers between locations are completed per procedures; delivers orders to production departments with appropriate supervision; operates WMS and ERP systems to receive shipments, track inventory, and perform cycle counts; trains incoming employees on procedures and safety; collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and support process improvements; maintains organized work areas and adheres to safety standards while optimizing productivity. 5+ years warehouse experience with 2 years in receiving, 2+ years power equipment operation, experience with WMS and ERP systems, and exposure to Lean/Continuous Improvement are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouses with 2 years focus in receiving
- 2+ years of power equipment operation
- 2+ years of WMS exp
- basic understanding of ERP systems
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- LEAN and Continuous Improvement experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
