Job Summary
As a Supply Chain/Receiving & Loading Associate, responsibilities include loading, unloading, and organizing donations (clothing, furniture, and household items); filling trailers to maximize space and security; assisting drivers with donation pickups; maintaining organized inventory; collaborating with teammates to ensure efficient operations; and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. The role requires physical effort including lifting up to 70 pounds, endurance for varying weather, and good communication within a team. This is an in-person position based in Berlin, NJ.
