Job Summary
Load, unload, and organize donations including clothing, furniture, and household items to maximize trailer space and storage efficiency. Assist drivers on donation pickup routes by loading and securing items, while maintaining organized inventory through categorization and placement in designated areas. Support overall thrift store operations by responding promptly to demands, collaborating with team members for efficient processes, and taking direction to complete tasks accurately. Work comfortably in all weather conditions and noisy environments, maintaining stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment

- Ability to take direction well from supervisors and team leaders
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and carry it for short distances
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong back and abdominal muscles
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
