Job Summary
Load, unload, and organize donations including clothing, furniture, and household items to maximize trailer space and storage efficiency. Fill trailers with secured items, assist drivers on donation pickup routes, and maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing goods in designated areas. Support overall thrift store operations by responding promptly to demands and collaborating with team members to ensure productive work processes. Take direction well to complete tasks accurately while working comfortably in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to take direction well
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Visual acuity to read road signs, maps, and operating instructions
