Job Summary
Lead all functions related to handling new inventory receipts by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise while ensuring accurate data integrity and inventory control. Assist the Store Director in training team members on inventory care, conducting cycle counts, transfers, and price changes to maintain stockroom organization. Perform Sales Lead duties as assigned, execute visual presentation directives, and resolve guest service issues on the sales floor. Complete product training, maintain full knowledge of venue programs, and adhere to all safety and loss prevention procedures. Work assigned schedule to ensure all SKUs are represented and the environment remains clean and safe for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- Must be able to resolve guest service issues in partnership with Store Director
- Must be able to participate in regional philanthropic activities
- Must be able to complete product, operations, and merchandise knowledge training
- Must be able to execute and maintain all visual presentation directives as communicated by Store Director and SSC initiatives
- Must be able to participate in all e|n initiatives and ensure sustainability
- Must be able to hold self accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior
