Job Summary
Receiving Lead responsibilities include managing the store backroom by receiving products into the POS system, maintaining organized inventory, and assisting with weekly pallets. You’ll process damaged or defective items back to the Fulfillment Center and report them to Inventory Control. Collaborate with management to ensure adequate stock for customer purchases, maintain proper merchandise presentation with signage and favorable shelf placement, and assist with pricing updates. Role requires strong inventory accuracy, familiarity with planograms/merchandising, and comfort using POS systems; opportunities exist to engage with customers and, if scheduled for sales, earn commission. Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
- Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
- A self-starter mindset with attention to detail
- Open to learning and being part of the riding community
- Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
