Receiving Lead

Receiving Lead to supervise unloading and quality control teams for ocean containers, air shipments, RMAs, and personal package deliveries. Ensure accurate receiving of inbound shipments and documentation of proof of delivery, identify items needing repair and route to Repairs with RTS tickets, ensure proper receipt and processing in Sage X3, coordinate with Import Coordinator on container slotting and dock scheduling, manage barcode scanning and relabeling, support quick order fulfillment by moving backordered quantities, communicate priorities to Front Office, optimize put-away locations, ensure pallets are wrapped and secured, coordinate with other departments for large-scale QC/re-labeling/re-boxing, maintain SOPs and training, promote OSHA-compliant safety, oversee performance management, and participate in company transformation and growth. Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, in-person on-site warehouse environment.
