Job Summary
Conduct periodic inventory counts using mobile computer technology, organizing supplies by stock unit of measure and entering data before securing the device. Process supply orders by building pick tickets, printing documents, and fulfilling customer requests while retrieving items from storage locations. Execute final deliveries of inventory and non-inventory materials, obtaining customer signatures on Purchase Orders and completing required paperwork. Perform radioactive package delivery to the Hot Lab per safety policy, restock linen storage by unloading trucks and organizing hamper carts, and manage track pad deliveries to capture customer signatures. Handle mail room activities including unbundling inbound USPS mail and processing internal mail runs by building location. Rotate between campuses as assigned and maintain clean, organized storage areas while breaking down boxes for recycling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- 4-6 years in a service position involving supply chain, shipping and receiving
- Demonstrated basic level competency with Microsoft Windows
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop win-win relationships across various levels of Center Staff
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Excellent people/ customer service orientation skills
- Innate curiosity to learn and understand relationships
- Knowledge of various Materials Management software tools
- Ability to use good judgment when performing the functions of the job or when interacting with others
- Accept and carry out direction, work cooperatively with others and avoid interpersonal conflict
- Independently organize work to meet established deadlines for timely supply delivery
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
