Job Summary
Receiving Coordinator responsible for moving trailers with a yard truck, coordinating with dispatchers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure efficient loading and unloading, performing trailer inspections, reporting equipment issues or safety concerns, operating forklift safely under HACCP/GMP standards, using D365 to receive materials and move inventory between warehouses, and supporting cycle counting and food-safety/compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL
- High school diploma
- Experience operating heavy machinery (yard jockey)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Team-oriented
