Job Summary
Verify deliveries, sort items, and ensure timely processing of vendor-supplied materials by checking and signing delivery slips, counting parts, and identifying damage or shortages. Unload shipments, bag parts per correct amounts, and receive inventory on the ERP system to verify integrity. Label bags, place items on put-away carts, and prepare received inventory for movement to appropriate warehouse areas. Resolve daily discrepancies, communicate shortages to management, and maintain a clean work area adhering to 5S principles. Transport and shift material using appropriate handling equipment, including forklifts if trained. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with the ability to fluctuate schedules based on workload.

- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to perform repetitive detailed work
- Must be able to work on feet at least 90% of the day
- Must be able to reach over shoulder to top shelf of inventory bays in warehouse with or without the aid of a ladder
- Must be able to complete tasks in an expedient and orderly manner while attaining the quality standards set forth by PEI-Genesis and the ISO 9001: 2008/AS9100C: 2009
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be receptive to cross training in all areas of the Inventory Control Department as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse setting and receiving
- Prior experience in operating a fork lift
- Ability to fluctuate schedule as deemed necessary by management or as the work load requires
