Job Summary
Receive, unload, and process deliveries; stage merchandise by department and deliver merchandise to appropriate department. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs; reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports for count accuracy. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing packages and mail; secure the receiving room. Follow hazardous material shipping guidelines; ship outbound mail and packages. Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt and communicate with guests regarding received packages. Maintain accurate tracking of shipping and receiving transactions, including guest signatures. Report accidents or unsafe conditions; follow safety training and company policies; maintain confidential information and protect assets. Read and verify information, answer telephones with proper etiquette, develop positive working relationships, and perform duties as requested by Supervisors. Lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; navigate narrow or elevated spaces; bend, twist, and reach. Demonstrate professional communication and customer service in interactions with guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
