Job Summary
Detail-oriented Bulk Liquid Receiving Clerk on 1st Shift in Arden, NC responsible for receiving inbound bulk liquid materials from tanker trucks, unloading safely, verifying against docs, and updating the ERP (E21) while coordinating with quality and operations. Will maintain accurate inventory records, support yard flow, and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards in an indoor/outdoor industrial environment. Requires experience in receiving or warehouse operations, ERP system familiarity, strong communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, manufacturing, bulk liquid handling, inventory control, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems required; E21 experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors around tanker trucks and industrial equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking is a plus).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating a yard tractor is a strong plus but not required.
- Forklift operation is not required for this role but is a plus.
