Job Summary
Unload trucks, stock merchandise, ticket items, and process returns in the Receiving area. Maintain the work zone layout, cleanliness, and safety while interacting with customers and associates professionally. Perform simple math calculations and stay updated on advertised sales. Work part-time with a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for prolonged periods, and occasionally operate machinery or heavy equipment. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication)
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
- Must be able to repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or power tools
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to move objects up to 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to work in low or high temperatures
- Must be able to work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in hazardous conditions
- Must be able to work in small and/or enclosed spaces
- Must be able to perform tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation
- Must be able to choose from limited alternatives to resolve problems
- Must be able to make recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices
