Receiving Associate

Check inbound and outbound trucks using WMS, monitor LGV activity, and operate forklifts to handle pallets, unloads deliveries, and preps loads for cross-country shipments. Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, correct spills, and validate new SKUs to maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards. Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely truck loading, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate bills of lading. Maintain a clean warehouse, manage blocked locations, and facilitate information flow between departments to support customer service.
