Job Summary
Plan, execute, and oversee all receiving and transfer operations for the Receiving Department, coordinating with the warehouse management team. Coach associates to safely load outgoing merchandise and unload incoming stock, ensuring proper tagging, inventory, and adherence to safety policies while utilizing hand trucks and team lifting techniques. Address complaints, resolve problems, and proactively manage operational changes to maximize efficiency and exceed customer service expectations. Work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring physical labor such as lifting up to 100 lbs. Appraise employee performance, provide honest feedback, and apply new technologies to continuously improve processes.

- Coaching Receiving team members may require lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving furniture
