Job Summary
Check in merchandise received and verify product invoicing is accounted for while maintaining exceptional customer service and adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring the backroom remains secure, clean, and organized. Stay current with product knowledge and complete all paperwork timely, while maintaining an honest ethical relationship with vendors and team members. This medium-paced role requires lifting 50 lb. boxes and exerting 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, with good vision and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
