Job Summary
Check in merchandise received and verify product invoices are accounted for while maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies and ensure the backroom remains secure, organized, and clean. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks, lifting 50 lb. boxes on occasion and exerting 25-50 lbs. of force frequently. Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge and maintain an honest ethical relationship with team members, vendors, and suppliers. Turn in all paperwork in a timely manner to the Store Director while complying with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
