Job Summary
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices and packing slips. Log deliveries, maintain organized inventory records, and distribute product and supplies to airport terminals. Ensure storage areas remain clean, secure, and compliant with food safety standards while supporting inventory rotation and restocking. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Assist with general facility upkeep and provide operational support as required. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience in receiving or stockroom environments. Flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in receiving, stockroom, or inventory-related role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in an airport or transportation hub environment
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and shipping documentation
