Job Summary
Receivers unload trucks and trailers, build pallets, and ensure product is not damaged during delivery. The role requires operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, high reach/ reach truck), reading and understanding English, following safety procedures, and maintaining accurate attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, work potentially in -5°F walk-in freezers, have reliable transportation, and maintain a flexible schedule with good attendance. Starting pay is $20.30/hour with staged increases over time, benefits package, 401(k) with employer match, safety footwear reimbursement, overtime pay, paid holidays, and employee discounts; background check required. Location: Bartlett, IL (US). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 a.m. until completion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck)
- Able to bend, lift, move materials up to 50 lbs
- Read, write and understand English (numbers)
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule and good attendance
- 2 years Reach Truck experience
- Possibility of work in walk-in freezer (-5F) with PPE
