Job Summary
Receiver / Merchandiser for Total Wine & More (Lakewood store): duties include maximizing product inventory, processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services (including driving if assigned). Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, informing them about products and promotions, and maintaining knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, adhere to alcohol sale regulations, complete cross-functional responsibilities, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training. Role may include sales/front-end tasks and other duties as assigned; seasonal option may apply with short-term, non-seasonal opportunitiespossible. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long durations
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and compliant store operations
