Job Summary

Responsible for purchasing and receiving all products for the unit per Chef/Manager specifications; maintains food and beverage availability, adjusts inventory to demand, and communicates low stock and opportunities to management. Ensures quality, sanitation, and waste prevention through best practices, rotates perishables, and maintains proper dating. Supports training of new employees, upholds core company values, stays informed about product lines, and follows safety and hygiene policies. Performs various duties including stock pulls, cost reporting, and housekeeping tasks, with emphasis on teamwork and guest service in a high-volume setting.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED preferred
  • One to two years minimum experience in high-volume food and beverage industry preferred
  • Health permit and food safety cards
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, ratios, decimals and proportions
