Job Summary
Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries, ensuring items match invoices and delivery orders. Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize facility stock while monitoring inventory levels to request cabin loads and report shortages or deviations. Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks within strict deadlines. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires forklift certification, valid driver's license, and three years of logistics experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift Certified
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
- Ability to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack
- Work in a fast- paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
- Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workload
- Outstanding and transparent communication skills
- Capable to work independently and in a team environment
