Job Summary
Receive inbound goods and supplies from vendors and customer returns using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry. Perform purchase order receipt, stock movement functions, and put-away operations while ensuring accuracy of packing lists and noting damaged product information. Unload and stage material using powered industrial equipment, produce unit packaging tickets, and collaborate with the Receiving Crew Leader on variances. Assist with inventory cycle counting and notify Purchasing and Quality Assurance of quality or damaged goods variations. This full-time role includes 40 hours Monday through Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with a salary of $20.00 – $21.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- one year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations
- Powered Industrial Equipment Certified or become certified within 30 days after accepting the position
- average math skills
- effective reading and writing skills
- problem-solving ability
- attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- working Monday through Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- No weekends or holidays
