Job Summary
Conduct accurate product receiving and complete receiving reports, including direct-to-club and negative-on-hand documentation. Safely operate a forklift to receive merchandise, process DSD loads, and manage reverse logistics returns while maintaining dock security and organization. Ensure cold chain standards, proper product storage, and clean, organized receiving areas. Monitor visitor and team member flow, conduct bag checks, and escalate member concerns as appropriate. Maintain club policies, procedures, and GOLD standards through daily execution and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or oversized objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull/push pallets
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Must be able to properly research and annotate receiving reports including, but not limited to, direct-to-club reports and negative-on-hand reports
- Must be able to support processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork
- Must be able to maintain dock security, conduct bag checks, monitor flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas
- Must be able to ensure compactors are locked, secured, only used by authorized personnel and that all product has been properly accounted for
- Must be able to receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits as needed
- Must be able to process reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns
- Must be able to ensure the dock is organized and clean
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
