Job Summary
Accurately receive product, complete receiving reports, and process Direct Store Delivery loads. Safely operate a forklift, maintain dock security, and ensure cold chain standards are met. Support processing of outbound shipment paperwork, reverse logistics returns, and file organization. Monitor visitor flow, conduct bag checks, and keep the receiving area clean and organized. Maintain club policies, procedures, and GOLD member standards while resolving member concerns. Requires prior forklift experience, completion of required training, and must be at least 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or oversized objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull/push pallets
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Must be able to properly research and annotate receiving reports including, but not limited to, direct-to-club reports and negative-on-hand reports
- Must be able to support processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork
- Must be able to maintain dock security, conduct bag checks, monitor flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas
- Must be able to ensure compactors are locked, secured, only used by authorized personnel and that all product has been properly accounted for
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift and receive merchandise accurately and according to company process and policy
- Must be able to ensure received merchandise is properly stored according to product specifications
- Must be able to receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits as needed
- Must be able to process reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns
- Must be able to ensure the dock is organized and clean
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
