Job Summary
Accurately receive product and process Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads while maintaining dock security and conducting bag checks. Safely operate a forklift to receive merchandise according to company policy, ensuring proper storage and cold chain standards. Support completion of receiving reports, annotate direct-to-club and negative-on-hand reports, and process reverse logistics and corporate returns. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and accurate signage in the receiving department while upholding GOLD club standards. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or oversized objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull/push pallets
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Must be able to properly research and annotate receiving reports
- Must be able to support processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork
- Must be able to maintain dock security
- Must be able to conduct bag checks
- Must be able to monitor flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas
- Must be able to ensure compactors are locked, secured
- Must be able to ensure all product has been properly accounted for
- Must be able to receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits as needed
- Must be able to process reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns
- Must be able to ensure the dock is organized and clean
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
