Job Summary
Conduct accurate product receiving, process DSD loads, and manage reverse logistics while maintaining dock security and organized storage. Safely operate a forklift to receive merchandise according to company policy, ensuring proper cold chain standards and product protection. Support file organization, receipt processing, and outbound paperwork while adhering to all club policies and compliance procedures. Maintain a clean, safe environment and resolve member concerns with integrity. Full-time regular attendance required; prior forklift experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or oversized objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull/push pallets
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Must be able to properly research and annotate receiving reports
- Must be able to support processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork
- Must be able to maintain dock security
- Must be able to conduct bag checks
- Must be able to monitor flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas
- Must be able to ensure compactors are locked, secured
- Must be able to ensure all product has been properly accounted for
- Must be able to receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits as needed
- Must be able to process reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns
- Must be able to ensure the dock is organized and clean
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
- Must be able to work in other departments as needed
