Job Summary
Receiver (2nd Shift) responsible for accurate receipt of manufactured and purchased parts, verification against work orders, operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, and proper storage/labeling to support production flow and inventory accuracy. Requires reading/identifying parts and labels, using inventory systems, and maintaining organized, safe receiving areas; must meet high school diploma or GED requirement and have 1+ years of related experience with forklift certification capability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling roles
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to safely operate or obtain certification on material-handling equipment (forklifts, overhead cranes)
- Ability to read, identify, and verify parts, work orders, labels, and tags
- Basic computer and technology skills for data entry, scanning, and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and OSHA standards
