Job Summary
Recall Analyst role remote in Portugal focusing on managing recall projects, coordinating communications, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls with healthcare professionals participating in recall projects, facilitating protocol-specific tasks remotely via telephone, email, fax, and various portals, and ensuring recall progress and compliance with industry standards. Required: fluent English and Italian, experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical context a plus, knowledge of pharma; proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Working arrangement is Remote/Home-based in Portugal with hours 11:00–20:00 and 13:00–22:00.
Required Qualifications
- College certificate or equivalent experience (12 years of studies)
- Previous experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical a plus
- Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus
- Mandatory skills: English - Fluent - Mandatory
- Italian - Fluent - Mandatory
- Windows Operating System; Microsoft Office
