Recall Analyst - German Native Speaker (Portugal Remote)

Recall Analyst responsible for managing recall projects, coordinating communications with healthcare professionals, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting recall management activities. Activities include maintaining all recall project documentation, ensuring accurate updates in internal databases and tracking systems, monitoring recall progress, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks remotely from Portugal. Required skills include German native proficiency, fluent English, experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical exposure, knowledge of the Pharma industry is a plus, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
