Rebuild Project Manager

Manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning through final closeout, overseeing up to 20 active projects simultaneously. Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, and determine resource requirements for labor, equipment, and materials. Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and cost control while coordinating subcontractor performance. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, evaluate workmanship, and enforce safety protocols and building code compliance. Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams, attending weekly meetings to update status and resolve issues. This role splits time between the field and office, requiring strong organization to maintain momentum while upholding quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
