Rebuild Project Coordinator

Coordinate restoration projects through the full lifecycle, serving as the primary liaison between customers, project managers, insurance representatives, and field crews. Manage communications, documentation, schedules, permits, and project financials; support with administrative tasks and coordination of procurement. Use project-management tools and platforms such as Albi, Job Board, Follow-Up Board, Matterport, and CompanyCam, along with Google Sheets and other systems, to keep project information accurate and up to date. Demonstrate strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills; work with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and ensure a positive, customer-focused experience.
