Job Summary
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for rebate contracts with solar and electric vehicle state programs. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely submission of rebate claims. Monitor sales activity to ensure compliance with agreements and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage the accrual process for accurate financial reporting and process rebate claims efficiently, resolving discrepancies promptly. Implement automated systems to manage complex calculations and regularly review procedures to align with best practices. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align strategies with business goals, while providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rebate management, finance, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to rebate programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools and systems for rebate management is a plus
