Rebate Analyst

Job Summary
Manage claim resolution processes for assigned supplier lines while maintaining claim dollars where justified. Operate as the liaison between purchasing, data services, supplier relations, and external suppliers to collect data and research findings for rebate applications. Execute complex SQL queries to aid in research and identify process improvement opportunities. Function as the lead person on special projects for more complex suppliers and rebates as assigned by the manager. Participate in weekly supplier calls to collaborate and ensure alignment. Assist with bringing other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years required of pricing, purchasing or finance analytical experience
- 3 years preferred of pricing, purchasing or finance analytical experience
- 2 years required of manipulating data files
- 3 years of manipulating data files
- 2 years required of loading data files into data management systems
- 3 years of loading data files into data management systems
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to have effective and collaborative cross-functional interactions
- Willingness to accommodate temporary working hour changes as required by workflow
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges
- Required to organize and coordinate schedules
- Required to analyze and interpret complex data
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- 40 hours each week
