Rebate Analyst

Job Summary
Rebate Analyst role focused on accurate, timely collection of supplier rebate revenue and administration of rebate programs. Responsibilities include calculating rebates, validating data, preparing reports, coordinating reimbursement, reconciling balances, supporting month-end close, audits, and ad hoc performance reporting. Requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, PowerPivot/PowerQuery/Macros), data validation and analytical abilities, collaboration with Accounts Receivable, brand teams, and external partners, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced distribution environment. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and have distribution experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two Plus Years Accounting and/or Finance Experience
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) Experience; VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, External Data Connections, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, Macros
- Must be Detail Oriented
- High School Graduate with some Business, Marketing or Other Related Field
- College Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related Field
- Previous Distribution Experience
- Previous Data Management and/or Data Entry Experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Advanced Communication Skills
