Rebar Project Manager

Oversee and document all aspects of construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget align with company objectives while reviewing tender documents and coordinating bonding and insurance submissions. Meet with clients to establish communication channels, anticipate changes, and manage adjustments throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate risks, propose solutions, and ensure safety documentation is coordinated with the Safety Coordinator. Develop and monitor project schedules, fabrication plans, and budgets to maintain alignment between internal timelines and client construction schedules. Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field installation teams to meet requirements and milestones. Manage RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and related documentation to control project scope. Ensure materials and work comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Attend stakeholder meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain communication with site supervisors, foremen, and clients. Plan jobsite deliveries to ensure site readiness and timely material availability. Prepare regular project status reports, resolve jobsite issues promptly, and obtain customer acceptance of deliverables. Conduct post-project evaluations and submit close-out documentation including QA records, certifications, and warranties. This role requires travel to job sites and a reliable vehicle.
