Rebar Fabricator

Attend training regarding applicable equipment. Operate rebar fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, welders, etc. Load fabricated rebar on trailers and unload stock material. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Mentor and train team members on proper equipment use. Serve as leadman in absence. Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies. Proactively uphold CMC Safety Culture. Operate production machines per procedures. Willing to work outside in all weather, cross-train as required, and work overtime as needed. Must read and write technical documents and service manuals; excellent communication skills; able to stand long periods; labor and safety-focused with strong work ethic; minimum 3 years in heavy industrial environment; able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders; capable of teamwork in fast-paced setting.
