Job Summary
Oversee execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US as part of Walmart’s Realty Execution team. Own project delivery timelines and budgets, supervise hourly team members, escalate and resolve issues with store leadership, and travel extensively to project sites (up to 1000 miles from home) to ensure work meets quality standards. Develop associates through supervision, mentoring, and guidance; communicate plans and changes to stakeholders; and foster collaboration across stores, suppliers, and leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and experience in project management, space management, or store design; offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within Walmart.
Required Qualifications
