Job Summary
Coach and lead cross-functional teams through realty and space management projects, applying data analysis and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions. Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards, collaborating with store design and operations teams to optimize store environments. Primarily work overnights with night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is required, with associates away from home 80% of the time or for 17-21 days at a time. Mileage and overnight stays are reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis
- ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments
- Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home
- Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time
