Job Summary
Coach and lead cross-functional teams through realty and space management projects, applying data analysis and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions. Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards, collaborating with store design and operations teams to optimize store environments. Primarily work overnights on night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours, with frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, requiring time away from home 80% of the time. Reimbursement covers mileage and overnight stays for travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis
- ability to lead teams
- ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home
- Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time
