Job Summary
Store Project Coach leading Realty execution projects for store remodels, owning project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, directing associates and vendors, and ensuring milestones are met. Responsibilities include planning merchandise placement, reviewing modular plans, phasing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with store operations and ethics. Travel up to 1000 miles, overnight stays, and remote-home-region assignments are required; role emphasizes supervision of associates, collaboration with facility management, and delivering timely, cost-effective project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field AND 1 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- 6 months retail experience.
