Job Summary
Realty Project Coach will join Walmart US's Realty Execution team to own and deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel across the US is required, with overnight stays and extended travel as needed. Responsibilities include motivating and developing associates, communicating plans to stakeholders, ensuring plans minimize operations impact, and driving on-time project delivery within budget and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, with 1 year (or 3 years) of relevant project management/space management/store design/operations/data analysis experience; Master’s degree is preferred. Shift expectations include overnight work, with significant travel, and the role offers comprehensive Walmart benefits and a competitive salary range ($60,000–$110,000) plus performance bonuses.
