Job Summary
Realty Project Coach responsible for overseeing Walmart US Realty Execution projects, including remodels, new stores, and special projects. Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget. Travel across the US required with overnight stays; shift patterns include primarily overnight work and extensive travel (up to 1000 miles from home, 17-21 days away). Lead and develop associates, communicate plans and changes to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of project-management-related experience or 3 years in related areas; Master’s degree and PM certifications are preferred. Compensation includes salary range of $60,000-$110,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits; employer-provided education benefits and other perks are offered. Based out of a Walmart home store with frequent travel to surrounding states and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas
