Job Summary
Lead the execution of Walmart store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards. Own project execution in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and develop associates through supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback. Requires travel across the US with lengthy overnight periods (17–21 days away, up to 1000 miles from home). Strong emphasis on construction/remodel knowledge, project management, space management, and store design. Proactively manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business or related field
- 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams
- Project Management - Management Professional Certification (PMI)
