Job Summary
Conduct point cloud office support, laser scan processing, and 2D/3D CAD drafting and modeling for Construction and VDC projects. Provide real-time constructive feedback on task status and work effort to Project Managers while directly liaising with internal teams to fulfill project briefs. Develop Reality Capture procedures and practices by performing Autocad Map3D drafting, utility compilation drafting for SUE projects, and running clash analysis within Navisworks. Set up construction grids based on best fit to point cloud data and generate as-built plans. The role is office-based with a minority field component, offering remote work availability and provided IT. Requires a Bachelor's degree in surveying or engineering and 2+ years of relevant scanning or survey experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant scanning, survey, or engineering, experience
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Strong independent management skills
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and relationships both internally and externally
- Strong troubleshooting and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to organize, analyze and present information and data in a clear, concise, and meaningful way, including with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
