Reality Capture Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning through completion, meeting with clients, field crews, and engineers to establish plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate resources, track progress against timelines, and act as a liaison for changes or problems to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Select and negotiate with vendors, manage material delivery, and provide training to Reality Capture Specialists in point cloud processing. Offer 2D and 3D support for internal teams, review preconstruction reports, and communicate with laser scan crews for troubleshooting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Surveying, or equivalent experience, and strong proficiency in Leica Cyclone, ReCAP, and AutoCAD. The position involves potential travel to job sites and client offices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant laser scanning/reality capture and related experience combining both field and office
- Strong knowledge of Leica Cyclone and related Reality Capture software (ReCAP, 3DR, Cloudworx)
- Strong knowledge of surveying process including control, traverse, levels
- Working knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD Map3D, Civil 3D)
- Working knowledge of BIM process and packages with a focus on Autodesk Revit
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Surveying. OR 2-year degree with 6 years of work experience
- May require travel to/from job sites as well as main office and client offices
