Job Summary
Leads the development and execution of Real World Evidence (RWE) studies within the assigned therapeutic area, serving as the principal investigator and scientific leader. Interfaces with Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs, mentoring a cross-functional study team, engaging internal/external stakeholders, and collaborating with epidemiology, data science, and biostatistics. Responsibilities include RWE study leadership, use of NN Real World Data platforms, stakeholder relationship development, publication and presentations, and methodological leadership in HEOR/RWE. Travel 10-20% preferred. Base compensation in the range of $225,000–$300,000 plus bonus; comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- PhD preferred or Masters degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health economics or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in leading development of Real World Evidence (RWE) studies
- 8-10 years of experience in key stakeholder engagement roles
- Experience in RWE methodologies and advanced analytics
- Demonstrated research accomplishments (publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations)
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage multiple projects and triage
- Knowledge of real-world data applications in clinical and business decision making
