Real World Data Specialist

Job Summary
Real-World Data (RWD) Specialist role supporting patients’ access to treatments by ensuring collection, quality, and compliance of RWD from Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies. You’ll lead planning and execution of RWD data collection within EAPs, manage communications with clients, physicians, and site staff, monitor data quality and address discrepancies, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines, refine SOPs and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RWD deliverables with program goals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field, 2+ years in Data Management/Real-world Data/Clinical Research, familiarity with EDC systems, strong MS Office skills, knowledge of ICH-GCP (certification preferred), and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Hybrid working model with Amsterdam-based office and international environment; global-scale impact in expanding patient access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Management, Real-world Data, or Clinical Research
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (certification preferred)
