Job Summary
Define the cutting-edge real-time treasury management framework based on blockchain and AI technology, and manage day-to-day liquidity and reserve operations. Define, implement, and execute reserves management and investment frameworks ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and risk tolerance. Collaborate with financial institution partners to manage business and system-level integrations, while working with product, technology, and compliance teams to build scalable systems for liquidity management. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, standards, and operational procedures. Requires 5+ years of treasury experience, familiarity with financial instruments and DLT, and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury, fund operations, financial services
- Familiarity with financial institutions, financial instruments
- Ability of cross-functional coordination and remote collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setup while maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Extensively usage of AI tools and agents
