Job Summary
Monitor real-time operation performance to assure KPI compliance. Manage staffing adherence and deviations during shifts. Identify operational risks and propose immediate corrective actions. Coordinate with supervisors and operational leaders for intraday movements. Prepare operational reports and performance analyses. Update operation dashboards and trackers. Support productivity optimization strategies. Communicate alerts and improvement opportunities promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in RTA, Workforce Management, Reporting or similar roles
- Intermediate or advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Good level of English (B2)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Contact Centers or BPO
- Familiarity with WFM tools (Genesys, NICE, Aspect, Verint, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
